Pranayama Community Support Practice
”I just love this practice so much. I was sad to miss yesterday but I had a rough night on Thursday and decided it was best to let myself sleep until 7. Went to do yesterdays practice and haven’t yet seen it, so revisited this one and it was a true gift. I will plan to make this my weekend practice and my practice for those days when life gets in the way from joining in the morning. But I hope that’s few and far between.
