Join Alisha Nissenfeld for a transformative 3-day, 2-night journey along a section of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail. This intermediate, 13-mile loop through Pisgah National Forest is designed as a sanctuary for those who would like to build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and connect deeply with the natural world.
We provide a safe and supportive environment for those who identify as women to help promote self-awareness, empowerment, learning to problem solve in unique situations, trusting self and others, mindfulness, building tolerance and resilience, sitting in discomfort and learning to support and accept support from a group.
