Thai Inspired Restorative Yoga with Therapeutic Touch
You’re invited to soften, breathe, and remember what it feels like to truly inhabit your body.
Rooted in an ancient healing tradition, this fully clothed bodywork practice takes place on a comfortable floor mat. Through a slow, intuitive dance of rhythmic compression, gentle stretching, acupressure, and rocking, your body is gradually invited to unwind. Tightness often softens, breath often deepens, and space returns where there was once holding.
Rather than working on your body, I work with it; listening, responding, and creating room for your own innate intelligence to emerge. Every session is unique, guided by what your body is asking for that day. Sometimes that means easing muscular tension and increasing mobility. Other times it means simply allowing yourself to rest, receive, and be held in loving presence; truly cared for.
My approach is informed by over 60 hours of traditional Thai Massage training, ongoing weekly Thai trades, over twenty years of teaching yoga, and my work as a somatic psychotherapist. Together, these practices have taught me that healing doesn't come from forcing change, but from creating the conditions for the body to let go in its own time.
People often leave feeling grounded, lighter, open and deeply supported—as though they've been gently stretched from the inside out. It's an experience that potentially nourishes not only the muscles and joints, but the quieter places within us that long for spaciousness, connection, and ease.

Preparation For Your Appointment
Because of the deep stretches and varying body positions involved,
Thai Inspired Restorative Yoga (TIRY) with theraputic touch is best performed on an empty stomach. Please allow at least an hour, and preferably 2 to 3 hours between your last meal and your TIRY appointment.
If possible, try not to schedule anything right after your session. Allow yourself some downtime to reap the full benefits of your experience
Please turn off your cell phone upon entering.
Please avoid wearing strongly-scented body products.
Please refrain from using alcohol or drugs prior to your TIRY appointment.
Please arrive to your session in good hygiene and cleanliness.
Please do not schedule a massage if you have an acute or contagious illness. The experience can often exacerbate symptoms, and puts myself and my other clients at risk of infection.
Client - Therapist Relationship
My practice is strictly therapeutic and my relationship with clients is strictly professional. Sexual or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and the session will be immediately terminated and charged in full.
