Join us for a sweet celebration that weaves gentle, mindful yoga with the deeply nourishing vibrations of a gong sound bath. We’ll begin with slow, intentional breath and movement—an invitation to soften the edges of the day and return to present-moment awareness.
As the body unwinds and the mind and heart begin to sync, we’ll settle into our shared field of consciousness, held by the resonant waves of the gong. Its deep, love-filled vibrations invite the mind to quiet, the heart to open, and the nervous system to rest in a place of spacious calm. Sound baths are known to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, and invite a meditative state where the body’s natural healing processes can unfold.
