Come walk with us as we honor the quiet generosity of the Earth. Together we will step into the living sanctuary that Mother Earth offers so freely; breathing, listening, and remembering what it feels like to simply be alive. Surrounded by trees, fresh air, and a kind community, we allow ourselves to soften back into the rhythms of nature. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are warmly welcome to join us on the trail.

Time in the forest gently restores the body and the spirit. As we walk among the trees, subtle shifts occur within us. Stress begins to soften, breath deepens, blood pressure settles, and the nervous system remembers how to rest. The forest invites us back into relationship: with the land beneath our feet, with one another, and with the quiet intelligence of our own bodies.

Walking in the presence of compassionate others can be deeply regulating. Our nervous systems attune, our bodies feel safer, and a natural sense of belonging begins to arise. In this shared field of care, many people find a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

Along the path we will practice Noble Speech: speaking with mindfulness, intention, and care. We explore the art of allowing some thoughts to pass like clouds rather than giving them voice, choosing words that cultivate understanding rather than harm. There will also be moments of walking meditation and stretches of shared silence, where the forest itself becomes our teacher.

This is not a hike to accomplish something.

It is a walk to remember.
