Lasting Warmth From Spark to Flame

Wander, Witness, Wonder: Connecting with Nature & Fire

Join Alisha Nissenfeld and Ali Wiliams for a wander through the woods, practicing the quiet art of nature awareness; slowing down, noticing, observing, and building relationship with the plants and trees around us. We'll slow way down, learn to identify our “fire allies” and gather what the forest has already generously offered to the forest floor.

As we walk, you’ll be guided through meditations, gentle movement, and awareness of self in space. You'll learn to see differently; to train your eyes to notice patterns, layers, textures, and details you might otherwise walk right past. Really seeing this way is more than a skill. It is presence, connection, curiosity, and attunement. It's a practice of becoming a little more intimate with the place you're standing.

At the end of our wander we’ll use what we've gathered along the way to build a fire.

Cost: $50- $75 sliding scale

Location: Jordan Game Land TBD
