Join me from May 4th - 10th for a Whole Human Cleanse. We’ll flood the body with high quality, nutrient-dense foods to help all internal system function optimally. In a safe and supportive environment, rooted in love, we’ll take an honest look at our thought/emotional/behavioral patterns so that from an informed place, we can begin to make the changes needed to live in peace and harmony with ourselves and each other.

You’ll receive zoom links to live yoga and pranayama practices as well as community care sessions where we connect and process insight that surfaces. You’ll receive daily journal prompts that ask you to dig below the surface and inquire about the blind spots. It’s recommended that you journal daily. We will meet each morning 6:00 - 6:30 for breath and movement practice. There is a possibility for a mid day meeting and or evening meeting based on the needs of the group.
Upon completion of registration/payment, you’ll receive more specific information including a suggested shopping and recipes for inspiration. Note: the times listed above will be modified slightly to support the needs of the group
