It’s time to reset and strengthen through a nourishing food and behavioral cleanse.
Join Alisha Nissenfeld, Compassionate Care Provider, LCSWA, ERYT 500+ for an exploratory experience that combines deliberate food intake, yoga postures, breath/energy practice, meditation, yoga nidra aka constructive rest, journaling, and group check- ins.
We’ll meet Monday, May 2nd, in person, at Umstead Park, to connect with our support community, discuss the 30 day plan, and move through a yoga practice. If you can’t make it, a zoom link of our live session will be provided. It’s highly recommended you make it in person.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you’ll receive an inspiring shopping guide, possible meal plan, and easy delicious recipes. This is not a fast, you will be eating lots of clean and healthy food designed to bring all systems into balance. Food is medicine; it literally talks to your genes to either create, prevent or heal.
