In this 3-hour workshop you will:
Learn how to honestly and truthfully listen to the teacher within and feel what you need. Through the practice of Self-Love, you will be taught how to intelligently create a practice that progresses over time.
Learn how to safely and confidently give yourself enhancements/assists to find space and length.
Learn how to begin or fine-tune a meditation practice through the direct path of The Koshas or “Sheaths” of meditation: Physical Body, Breath Body, Mind Body, Wisdom, and Bliss Body.
