Join Alisha Nissenfeld LCSWA, RYT-500 for a weekly (and ongoing) zoom gathering designed to give you the time and space to nourish, nurture, and strengthen all levels of self.
We’ll starts off with guided breath and relaxation techniques designed to strengthen and empower the body and mind. We’ll share experiences and support each other guided by prompts deliberately designed to assist mom toward feeling grounded and nourished. We’ll move our bodies in ways that attend to our needs, help sooth our systems, and strengthen our capacity to function optimally in all areas of our lives.
This class will will continued to be offered monthly with a 4 session series/montly commitment.
