Beginners Mind: Yoga Workshop Series

This class IS BOTH a beginner workshop and ALSO accommodates lifelong practitioners including teachers. You will learn the foundation practice including modifications and self adjustments to optimize your sense of groundless. This class is for all ages, mobility, and especially for those who believe they are not flexible.

What is included in this course:

  • Weekly (12 weeks) intentionally designed, beginner yoga zoom recordings that that will lead you, step-by-step, through all the foundational yoga postures with variations given for different needs.

  • Weekly (12 weeks) 20 minute flow-based classes that will help you balance, strengthen, cleanse, and calm, with minimal need for space or equipment.

  • Breathing techniques and instructions to improve your focus and overall energetic experience.

  • Weekly (12 weeks) Journal prompts on how to tuen inwards to enhance compassionate reflection and clarify progressive action stems.

  • Daily ritual practice to strengthen capacity nourish and nurture self for the greater good of all beings everywhere and the planet.

  • %50 off an individual session with me either during or after this training.
