Remind and Revive is a 28 day Immune Boost Support group that will help you define or revive your intention for optimal health and wellbeing. You’ll learn how to nourish all the layers of yourself, use food as medicine, breathe, move, and meditate in a way that that minimizes stress, and improves sleep, focus, and mood. This will be a monthly ongoing offering with a monthlong commitment.
This workshop includes:
4 live community zoom share sessions on Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00
4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4Daily google doc check in options
Daily yoga practice including 15 zoom yoga videos that range from restorative to solar practices
Delicious. nourishing, and inflammation reducing meal guide with recipes
Transformative journal prompts
A 45 minute private therapeutic phone session to help process thoughts, emotions, behaviors related to this process.
