I too am ready to release. Outdoor Gentle Yoga with Gong Bath

The seasons are changing, as are we.  Let’s synchronize with our surroundings and find inspiration as an ultimate witness to the elements of Fall. When we gently observe what’s happening in nature, we cultivate our own sense of internal readiness for that which we will become in the coming months.

Join Miriam Anderson and Alisha Nissenfeld for a transitional evening of intentional departure from our seat around Summer’s fire. We’ll elevate each other through collective intention, rhythmic breath, and gentle fluid movement. Following, we’ll settle down and settle in to the strength and support of the earth to receive the healing vibrations of the gong.
