Learning how to meet your own needs for relaxation and self-care is incredibly important-so let’s develop an at-home yoga and meditation practice that feels great to you. When you give to yourself first, you are able to be more available and present with others. More connected, calm, and caring.  But sometimes getting started (or starting again) is the hardest part. That's why I'm here and I've got your back!

No previous yoga experience needed.  All are welcome to join. This class addresses all aspects of the human experience: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

You’ll learn sustainable and accessible movement, meditation, and journaling you can do daily. Whether you are new to yoga or rolling out your mat for the thousandth time, this course offers step-by-step tools to help you discover or reaffirm WHY yoga is important to you while showing you HOW to confidently create an at-home practice that leaves you feeling like the best version of yourself, every day, on and off your mat. 

DANCE DANCE DANCE // Zoom Session to Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Primitive animals have a brilliant way of discharging energy. It’s where the cliche “Shake it Off” came from. We all deserve to shake it off and discharge built- up stress hormones. It’s time to reduce anxiety and the symptoms of being overwhelmed. Are you ready? It’s called …..Dancing! 

Dancing is a wonderful tool to help individuals get out of the story of the mind, drop into their bodies, to become more fully conscious of their senses. There’s not a right or wrong way to dance. You’ll be encouraged to let yourself dance with your whole body, stretching, jumping, spinning, and even reaching out your  arms and fingers. We’ll see what happens to the body, mind, emotions, sensations, and internal energy when we shake all over,  spin occasionally—or endlessly- YOU CHOOSE. If it feels good for you you might lay on the floor, roll around, and listen to  rhythms of the potent music.

October 11th Gentle Yoga and Gong Bath Retreat is SOLD OUT. If you'd like to added to the list for our next event, in November, please let me know ASAP. Retreats are capped at 15 people.
