You Call This Yoga is gearing up for our 7th annual YogaFest NC on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the McKimmon Center at the NCSU campus in Raleigh, NC. This special event brings together the North Carolina community for an all-day retreat featuring diverse yoga and holistic healing practices.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life for people of all skill and mobility levels, as well as to introduce them to new experiences and community resources. YogaFest NC serves as our main fundraiser to support year-round programs that help the physically challenged and under-served improve their lives with yoga.

I'm honored to participate in the Closing Ceremony for the 3rd year in a row and will offer reverence to  all that symbolizes "Completion" through the healing sound waves of The Live Gong Bath Meditation. We will settle down and settle into, the sacred space created by all the yogis who showed up for the day, for each other, and for the mission of You Call This Yoga.
